Description: Renovation of the Physical Science Building on the SUNY Oneonta campus under NYS Article 15-A guidelines. The science building houses studies in the physical sciences and the renovation of the building consists of the abatement of asbestos, upgrades to existing, original building systems, renovation and addition for the reconfiguration of selected program spaces. Responsibilities throughout the preconstruction/construction phases included a MWBE outreach, attending project meetings, conducting site visits, review of monthly MWBE & EEO submittals, MWBE Subcontractor payment review, completion of monthly MWBE & EEO reports and assisting with any issues that may affect the approved utilization plan.
